All orders are processed within 24 hours and sent from Fremantle, Western Australia, using Australia Post with full tracking. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery. Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you with details of your delivery.


$10 flat fee for purchases under AUD $200 & free for purchases over AUD $200.

If your order is over $200 enter FREESHIPPING in the 'promo code' window at checkout. Please don't enter FREESHIPPING unless your order is over $200 or you intend to pick up instore. 

Our AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS delivery generally takes 1–3 business days.


$25 flat fee for purchases weighing less than 1kg.

Our AUSTRALIA POST STANDARD delivery generally takes 3-10 business days, depending on the destination.

Please contact us if you think your order may be more than 1kg and we'll obtain a shipping quote. 

Local guidelines apply once your purchase arrives in the country of destination. It may be subject to local customs duties and/or local taxes in that country. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase and we do not accept responsibility for them. 


Store Pick up

If you'd like to purchase online but pick up at our bricks & mortar store, enter STOREPICKUP in the 'promo code' window at checkout. Pop in anytime between 10am-5:30pm weekdays, 9:30am-5:30pm Saturdays and 11am-3pm Sundays. We'll have it ready to go.


Simultaneous purchases in store & online

We update our online store as soon as items sell in store. However, on the odd occasion, a purchase may be made via our online store just as someone is buying it in store. If this happens to you, we're sorry. We'll get in touch by email straight away and and let you know if and when we can supply the item.  You choose whether to have your money refunded or wait until the item comes back into stock (if it's possible to source it). We'll do our absolute best to keep you happy. 


Returns and Exchanges

We hope you'll love what you have purchased. However, if you're unhappy with it, please return the item within 14 days of it being delivered for a full refund or exchange. Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unused and with tags attached.

We thoroughly check our clothes but, on occasion, a fault may go unnoticed. If you receive a faulty item, please let us know by email. We'll ship you a replacement free of charge. If the product is no longer available, expect a refund and our sincere apologies.

Refunds typically take 1–3 business days to process from the date we receive the item. We will refund the value of the item in your original form of payment. However, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. You will be notified via email once you've been refunded. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and credit this transaction to your account.

We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the merchandise returned to us does not meet the return policy requirements. If this occurs, you will be liable for shipping the item back to you. 

Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.


Returning your purchase:

Step 1: email us with details of your order so we can look out for it. Let us know if it's faulty.

We recommend sending via a trackable and insured method so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our store. Remember to keep the tracking number for your own records.
